FFFFOUND!
This photo is of the William Livingstone House, the first commission by a young architect, Albert Kahn. It was demolished in September 2007.
I haven’t been back to Detroit in over a year (back when the Livingstone House was still “standing”) and I guess I’m feeling something that could be described as homesickness. Detroit is like memories: as time goes on, everytime I revisit it, a little bit less of it is there.
